PILATES REHABILITATION

Private Pilates program individually tailored for clients suffering or recovering from conditions such as: sciatica, lower back pain,  injury, pinched nerve, post-surgery, etc. 

PRE-POST NATAL

Pre-Natal Pilates program designed specifically for pregnant clients from the  first to third trimester.

Post-Natal Pilates program designed for new moms to feel better and get back in shape after pregnancy.  Complimentary Diastasis Recti tests will be given as the client progresses.
