Reformer on the Mat

Bringing you the smooth sliding reformer’s exercises into the mat. This full body burn workout is a little bit of everything and will work your core to the max. You’ll learn to feel control over your body while being challenge just as the reformer does. This medium paced cardio class, will leave you feeling energized and uplifted. This class is perfect for you who misses your reformer practice and for those who never try the reformer class.

Dynamic Pilates Flow

Dynamic flow is an energizing, power Pilates class, challenging and quick paced. This class may restore and release your thighs hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and also tones and strengthens your entire body.

Gentle Pilates Flow

If you are new to Pilates, this is a great class to start. Gentle flow is a slow paced, full body workout with gentle yet challenging movements. The dynamic movements can be adjusted with variations and modifications to give more challenge for the intermediate and also to make it easier for the beginner.

Cardio Pilates

A heart-pumping, full-body workout with high-intensity moves that will burn your fat away and boost your energy. Also, a nice stretching regiments towards the end of the class will zen you up, preparing you for what life might throw at you.
